October 12, 2026 - RegControls & Support Center Updates

The following RegControls were revised due to regulatory issuances:

• CFPB: ECOA/Regulation B:
  • Assess Fair Lending Risk
• CFPB: Small Business Lending Data Collection & Reporting Rule:
  • Determine Extension of Credit Small Business Status
  • Determine an Application's Small Business Lending Reporting Status

The following policy template was revised due to a regulatory issuance:

Note that the Small Business Lending Data Collection & Reporting Rule became effective June 30, 2026; however, mandatory compliance is not required until January 1, 2028. Revisions to existing RegControls and development of new RegControls is in process.
